SKIN - Carcinoma, metastatic

Description
A piece of skin and subcutaneous fat showing, centrally, a circumscribed tumour, with an umbilicated and ulcerated centre.
History
This man presented with a mass in the skin of the central abdomen, which was excised and shown to be a squamous cell carcinoma, this was ultimately determined to be a metastasis from a carcinoma of the lung.
